More Fall 2011 Fashion Week favorites

Marchesa Fall 2011 Ready to Wear
There are so many gorgeous pieces in here, but also some horrendous looking wrecks, with wrinkles and.... ugh.

Proenza Schouler Fall 2011 Ready to Wear
I like the prints but mostly this collection seems off with the construction... I adore the two coats, though (one shown below).

Calvin Klein Fall 2011 Ready to Wear
I like some pieces, but some are too shapeless for my liking... That one coat (posted below) has similar shape to Marc Jacobs' coats this season, non? Colors look nice.

Anna Sui Fall 2011 Ready to Wear
So many fun, interesting prints so well put together with the classic Anna Sui flowy dresses and interesting tights... But a few (although have great patterns) look like a terrible mashup of a 7 year old's doing.

Michael Kors Fall 2011 Ready to Wear
Really not fond of this season's Michael Kors collection at all but it progressed as it went on, to the point that I liked half of the collection after the red dress came out.. I'm usually not enamored by his collections.

Oscar de la Renta Fall 2011 Ready to Wear
Not so pleased with most of the separate-wear, they seem too block-y. Also reflected Chanel's tweed coats and ethnic prints (Proenza Schouler). Once the gowns started coming, though, WOAH! So beautiful, so so beautiful. Ranging from fun bright prints to classic white dresses, the dresses are sure to be lusted after by many. I noticed that the universe (or at least, stars) are a common theme this year: After Christopher Kane had his collection with stars, I've seen many designers this season have at least one piece with stars (not the star shape, but universe stars--that is, glistening white spots on a darker coloured background--) including Michael Kors.
